Cabinet Handle Palazzo Slim Bar Rosette
The rosette gathered into the short frame of the Palazzo Slim Bar: the radiating flower finds its medallion, set on a compact two-point form. The raised frame holds the composition tight, radial symmetry keeps it in balance, like a Renaissance coffer scaled down to a drawer, where ornament and architecture share the length between them.

For the Laiton material

Recommended use
Kitchen, bathroom, living space, heavy doors, heavy-load drawers
Not recommended for
Outdoor use
Brass thrives indoors, even in humid rooms. Outdoors, constant exposure to the elements gradually dulls the finish’s shine.
Installation instructions
Installation in minutes
Replacing an old handle? Unscrew the old one, screw in the new one. M4 x 25 mm screws are included and fit standard fronts, 18 to 19 mm thick. No special tools, no drilling.
Drilling a new front? A simple hole with an ordinary drill is enough. For a knob, one hole. For a pull, two holes at the specified distances. The included M4 x 25 mm screws go 4 to 8 mm into the handle. The fit is solid and permanent.

About this handle
The character of the design
Collection Classica Europa
From Florence to Vienna, from the Baroque to the Enlightenment: five centuries of European ornament distilled into a single collection. Scrollwork, mythological figures, generous curves and confident symmetries: the vocabulary of Europe’s grand houses, reinterpreted for furniture today. For interiors that aren’t afraid of character.
Palazzo Slim Bar
The Palazzo Bar, in a finer version. Same architectural lines, same recessed frame that plays with shadow, same slightly set back front face, but drawn into a compact format with two attachment points. A half measure that isn’t one: enough presence to structure a drawer or a small door, enough restraint to never weigh it down. The Palazzo design reduced to its essentials, where the full bar would ask too much and the knob too little.
Rosette
A radiating carved flower: a central boss from which two crowns of petals unfurl, framed by four small acanthus scrolls. The rosette is one of the oldest ornaments in the Western repertoire, from the ceilings of ancient temples to Renaissance coffers, from the stone rose windows of cathedrals to the plaster rosettes that once held chandeliers. A radial, orderly motif with no top or bottom, one that falls right in any direction.
The material
How Our Brass Handles Are Made
Each piece is cast from an exceptionally fine pure brass powder blended with resin. This composite captures the warm golden glow of solid brass with a precision of detail traditional casting cannot achieve, for an object that is elegant and lighter to the hand.
What it works on
In harmony with your door or drawer front
Satin brass, golden warmth on every style
It feels especially at home with natural wood, off-white, or cream tones, where its golden glints create a warm, cohesive harmony. Tone on tone on a champagne or golden sand front, the result is luxurious without being showy. Against deep black, the contrast is bold and highly graphic.

Custom
Do You Offer Custom, Made-to-order Pieces?
Yes. Our handles are made to order in our Paris atelier, which gives us real latitude to go beyond the catalog. We range from custom color to raised initials or a logo, from an exclusive pattern to a numbered series. Custom work remains a separate service, on top of the catalog, priced according to your project. Every request gets its own dedicated quote, which we put together as quickly as possible after your message.
Can I Have My Initials or a Logo Added?
Yes. Initials, a monogram, or a logo are designed into the handle's pattern and then added in relief: they're sculpted onto the master, captured in the mold, and cast with the piece. Nothing is engraved afterward, the relief is one with the handle. The modeling work and mold making are priced in the quote.

IKEA, Plum, and Superfront compatibility
What if My IKEA Front Is Already Drilled?
For a knob, the existing hole almost always works, it fits the M4 screw. For a pull, check that the gap between the holes matches an available center-to-center. If in doubt, measure center to center and send us the measurement, we'll confirm the right piece for you.
And with Plum, Superfront, Reform, or A.S. Helsingö Fronts?
Yes, in the same way. These brands design their fronts to IKEA Metod's dimensions and drilling: Plum, Superfront, Reform, A.S. Helsingö, Holte, and the other workshops making fronts for IKEA cabinets. Installation is identical, free-choice drilling and M4 screws.
What Entrance-to-entrance Spacing Works for Mounting Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette on an IKEA Kitchen?
Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette attaches at two points, center-to-center 128mm, 160mm, 96mm, 192mm. Measure the distance from axis to axis between your two existing holes: if it matches, the handle replaces the old one in just a few minutes. On a blank front, you choose the placement and drill to that measurement. The most common center-to-center measurements for IKEA kitchens are 96 and 128 mm for drawers, 160 mm for larger cabinets.
Is Holdon_faq_product_name Compatible with IKEA Furniture?
Yes. IKEA Metod, Pax, and Besta fronts are factory drilled for hinges and drawers, but never for handles: you choose the placement, drill, then fasten with an M4 screw, exactly like an original IKEA handle. Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette follows this standard, like all our pieces.

Installation
Are the Screws Provided with Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette?
Yes, always. You receive stainless steel M4 screws in several lengths to cover standard front thicknesses, along with installation instructions. They hold up well to the humidity of a kitchen or bathroom. For a nonstandard front, just ask and we will send you the right length.
What Thickness of Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette Door or Drawer Front Can It Go Through?
The included screws cover standard fronts, roughly 16 to 25 mm thick, which covers nearly every cabinet on the market and most IKEA fronts. For a thicker front, a solid door, or a doubled-up front, all you need is longer screws: just ask and we'll send them. For a very thin front, choose the shortest screw in the bag so it doesn't poke through on the inside.
What Tooling Do I Need?
A drill or driver with a bit suited to your door or drawer front, and a Phillips screwdriver. No specialized tools required. On a thin front, a hand screwdriver is often enough, without even reaching for the drill if the hole already exists.
How to Respect the 128mm, 160mm, 96mm, 192mm Center-to-center Distance When Drilling for Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette?
Center-to-center is the distance from axis to axis between the two screws. For Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette, it's 128mm, 160mm, 96mm, 192mm. Transfer this measurement onto the front with a fine pencil, check the alignment with a level, then mark each point with an awl before drilling, which keeps the drill bit from wandering. On an IKEA kitchen, the most common center-to-centers are 96 and 128 mm for drawers, 160 and 192 mm for larger cabinets.
How Should I Pose Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette?
Installation is the same as any cabinet handle: drill the front, secure with the included screws, hand tighten, then finish with a final turn of the screwdriver. It takes just a few minutes per piece. Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette fits existing furniture as easily as IKEA fronts, and the installation guide is included in the package.

Fabrication and Ecology
Are the Handles Made in France, Cold-cast in a Paris Atelier from a Silicone Mold, with the Patina Applied by Hand, Not That They Are "Made in France."
Yes. 3D printing the master, molding, casting, sanding, and patina: it all happens in our Paris workshop. Our metal powders and resins come from European suppliers, and both assembly and finishing stay French. Every piece is checked by eye in our workshop before it ships.
Do Your Handles Contain Lead or Other Heavy Metals?
No. Our metal handles are cast from bronze, copper, brass, or pure aluminum powders, with no added lead, no cadmium, and no mercury. The materials used comply with European RoHS directives restricting hazardous substances. You can install them in a kitchen, a child's room, or a bathroom with no risk of toxic migration.
Product and Material
Tarnish and Aging Care
Will the Satin Brass Finish Patina and Darken over Time?
No. The Satin Brass finish is stabilized: its look stays true to day one, without darkening or dulling. It's the choice to make if you want a tone that doesn't shift over time. Simple care, a soft, barely damp cloth followed by drying, is enough to keep its full shine.
Are Screws and Instructions Included with Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette?
Yes, always: stainless steel screws sized for standard 18 to 19 mm fronts, in several lengths, plus an installation guide. For a thicker or thinner front, we send the right screws free of charge, just ask.
Will the Finish of Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette Change over Time?
It all depends on the finish. Patinated finishes, like Antique Bronze or Antique Copper, are alive: they keep evolving gently, and that's their whole appeal. Matte, glossy, or color finishes, like Matte Bronze, are stabilized by their surface treatment and stay put. Either way, no bad surprises: a patina won't turn green, a stable finish stays exactly as it was. And if you ever want to refresh or change a patina, we'll take the piece back into the workshop.
Does Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette Work in a Kitchen or Bathroom?
For metal finishes (bronze, copper, brass, aluminum), yes to both: they hold up very well against household moisture and splashes. Bioresin, on the other hand, is best kept to dry rooms. The one real contraindication, for every material, is outdoor use exposed to the elements.
Is This Handle Solid?
Yes, for everyday use: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, office. Cast in metal, the material doesn't warp, doesn't break under normal pulling, and withstands everyday knocks. We archive the 3D model of every piece: even years from now, we can remake one identically.
Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette in Brass, Is It Real Metal?
Yes, at 80%. Brass: our pieces are cold cast from 80% pure metal powder, in a mold taken from a master we 3D print at the atelier in Paris. The shine, the weight in hand, the feel of the material: everything behaves like solid metal, with a level of detail traditional casting can't achieve. Each piece is then sanded and finished by hand, patinated for the noble metals, brushed for aluminum.

Maintenance
Can Dishwashers or Steam-exposed Cabinets Be Paired with Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette?
Yes for metal finishes (bronze, copper, brass, aluminum), which handle household steam very well. Bioresin, more sensitive to prolonged moisture, should be avoided in these situations. On a built-in dishwasher, choose a metal material and wipe the piece down after high-temperature cycles. That is the only thing to remember for a front exposed to steam.
How to Care for Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette Every Day
A soft, slightly damp cloth is enough in most cases. For a kitchen handle exposed to greasy buildup, add a drop of mild soap, liquid Marseille soap or diluted dish soap. Then wipe with a dry cloth to avoid streaks. That's all it takes day to day: no specialty product, no complicated routine.
How to Care for Palazzo Slim Bar, Rosette in Brass?
Bronze, copper, and brass handle mild cleaners well and keep their patina thanks to the protective treatment applied in our atelier. A soft, damp cloth with a drop of mild soap covers everyday care, then a dry cloth to bring back the shine. Save diluted vinegar for occasional limescale spots only, never for routine cleaning. These patinated metals only get better with light, regular care.
Does My Handle Care Depend on the Material?
Yes, on one key point. Metal finishes (bronze, copper, brass, aluminum) tolerate mild cleaners, a bit of diluted vinegar, and even household steam. Bioresin, on the other hand, should only be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild soap, no alcohol, no solvent, no concentrated vinegar. Day to day care stays simple either way, it's mainly the list of products to avoid that differs. Each product page specifies the exact care for its material.
