The products offered are cabinet handles and knobs made to order, based on the options selected by the Customer (size, center-to-center, material, finish, pattern). As each piece is crafted and distinctly customized to the Customer’s specifications, slight variations in appearance, color, or dimensions, inherent to artisanal production and 3D printing, may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Article 3, Price
Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes, including French VAT at the applicable rate. They do not include shipping costs, which are specified before the order is confirmed. For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes remain the Customer’s responsibility. Studio Idan SAS reserves the right to change its prices at any time, with products invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of order.
Article 4, Order
The Customer selects their products and options, reviews the order details, and confirms it after accepting these Terms. The sale is finalized once the order is confirmed by email and payment is collected. Studio Idan SAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears abnormal or made in bad faith.

Payments are secured by our provider Stripe and are subject, where applicable, to strong authentication (3-D Secure). Card details are never stored by Studio Idan SAS. The order is processed only after payment has been successfully validated.
Article 6, Production and lead times
As products are made to order, an estimated preparation time of 5 to 10 business days applies before shipping, in addition to the carrier’s delivery time. These timeframes are given as estimates only; a reasonable delay does not entitle the Customer to compensation.
Article 7, Delivery
Products are shipped worldwide through our logistics provider Boxtal and its partner carriers (home delivery or pickup point, depending on the option selected). The risk of loss or damage to the products transfers to the Customer at the time they, or a third party they designate, take physical possession of the products. In the event of a damaged package, the Customer is asked to file a claim with the carrier and to notify us as soon as possible.
Article 8, Returns, exchanges, and refunds
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, which is the case for Holdon Paris products made to order.
