Your finishes in hand before you choose

One swatch per finish selected, 3 x 5 cm and 5 mm thick, with a scrollwork relief and the finish name engraved. The swatches are set in a matte black box and shipped in an envelope, by tracked mail.

Yes. They're made from the same material, using the same process, and finished by hand the same way: cold casting followed by sanding and patina for metals, printing in Bioresin for colors. The relief lets you see the patina settle into the recesses and the polish catch on the ridges, exactly as on a handle. Finishes with a living patina keep evolving: the swatch shows one moment of that patina.

As many as you'd like, for the price of the box. We put together as many boxes as your selection requires, and everything ships in the same package.

Each handle is made to order in our Paris atelier. Allow an average of 5 to 10 business days for production, plus the carrier's delivery time, which varies by address. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the shipping label is issued, generally between the 5th and 10th business day after your order.

The amount paid for the box becomes a discount code. You receive it in the order confirmation email, and you can find it again in the order details in your account. It's entered in the cart, used only once, with the same email address, within the time frame stated in the email. It doesn't apply to a new box.

The plates are made in advance: the box ships quickly, by tracked letter, and you're notified by email as soon as it's sent. Then add your country's postal transit time.

Yes, in France and abroad, by tracked letter, with shipping included in the price of the box. Outside the European Union, customs fees may apply depending on local regulations.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. Transactions run through these two international references in online payment: Holdon Paris never sees and never stores your card number, all sensitive data is transmitted encrypted to the platform. The site runs entirely on HTTPS. For large professional orders, bank transfer with a deposit is possible (see architects and professionals).

Yes. French law gives you 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify it. The handles must be returned in their original condition, uninstalled, and return shipping is at your expense unless the error is ours: the refund is issued within 14 days of receipt at our workshop. To start a return, write to us via contact Holdon Paris: we'll send you the address and the process. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, since they are made specifically for you.
