Our collections
A collection brings together several silhouettes, patterns, and finishes that share a common visual vocabulary. It’s the editorial unit of the Holdon catalog, the coherent universe each handle belongs to.
Understand
Multiple worlds, the same care
At Holdon, choosing a handle is not a piece-by-piece decision but a matter of choosing a world. Each collection speaks its own language: an ornamental register, related silhouettes, a carefully considered palette of finishes. The idea is not to compose blindly, but to step into a world that is already in harmony, then adapt it to your furniture: the silhouette, the pattern, the finish, the size.
All collections are designed and made in Paris. Ships in 5 to 10 days after your order.
Selection guide
How to choose your collection?
Three ways to find your way: decorative mood, ornamental register, and the finishes you’re drawn to. None is exclusive: most people start with one and refine with the others.
The Spirit
Classic, contemporary, sculptural, mineral, organic: every collection has a clear decorative identity. Start with the mood you want to give the room, and the collection follows from there.
The registre
Sober, ornamental, theatrical. Some collections favor restraint, others embrace a bold presence. This register determines how the handle reads from a distance: discreet, balanced, or assertive.
The finishes
Each collection arrives with its own curated palette of finishes: bronze, copper, brass, aluminum, lacquer, bioresin. A “default” finish is recommended per collection for those who want to move quickly.

Entering from a different angle
You already know what you want in terms of material, color, or shape? Browse the catalog by one of these dimensions instead of by collection.
By material
Bronze, copper, brass, aluminum, lacquer, bioresin. Each material has its own grain, its own patina, its own relationship to light, and can move across several collections.
By color
Filtering by color lets you cross-reference multiple materials and collections against your interior palette, from white to black, through deep bronzes and colored lacquers.
By shape
Square, round, rectangle, polygon, sculptural. Shape is pure geometry, prior to pattern and finish, a useful anchor when you’re starting from furniture you already own.

What is a Holdon collection
What's a Collection at Holdon?
A collection brings together several silhouettes, patterns, and finishes that share a common visual vocabulary: the same stylistic spirit, the same ornamental register, the same available finishes. It is the main editorial unit of the Holdon catalog, the one that ensures a set of handles speaks in harmony without a false note. You start by choosing a collection whose language speaks to you, then compose within it using the silhouettes, patterns, and sizes it offers.
Composing within a collection
Do All Silhouettes Accept Every Pattern in the Collection?
Yes. Within a single collection, every silhouette accommodates the full range of patterns on offer. That's exactly what lets you give rhythm to an entire piece of furniture without breaking the coherence: an Essential on the everyday drawers, an ornamental or sculptural pattern on the center door, all while staying within the same language. You vary the patterns, the collection holds the unity.
Mixing collections
Can These Handles Be Mixed with Pieces from Other Collections on the Same One?
Technically, nothing stops you, but it's not what we'd recommend. Each collection has its own language, and mixing several collections on the same piece of furniture can create visual cacophony. It's better to stay within one collection and play with variations internally: pattern, finish, size, silhouette. That way you keep the coherence while still giving the front some rhythm.

Finishes and Collection
Can We Order a Finish from Another Collection for a Given Silhouette?
No. The finish palette is defined collection by collection: it's part of the visual signature, just like the silhouettes and patterns. The silhouette defines the handle's geometry, but it's the collection that sets the vocabulary of finishes available. If a particular finish catches your eye, start by checking which collection it belongs to: that's likely where you'll find the handle you need.
Delivery, Customs, Payment, and Support
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Handles?
Each handle is made to order in our Paris atelier. Allow an average of 5 to 10 business days for production, plus the carrier's delivery time, which varies by address. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the shipping label is issued, generally between the 5th and 10th business day after your order.
Are Your Payment Methods Secure? What Payment Options Do You Offer?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. Transactions run through these two international references in online payment: Holdon Paris never sees and never stores your card number, all sensitive data is transmitted encrypted to the platform. The site runs entirely on HTTPS. For large professional orders, bank transfer with a deposit is possible (see architects and professionals).
Can I Return My Order if I Don't Like It?
Yes. French law gives you 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify it. The handles must be returned in their original condition, uninstalled, and return shipping is at your expense unless the error is ours: the refund is issued within 14 days of receipt at our workshop. To start a return, write to us via contact Holdon Paris: we'll send you the address and the process. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, since they are made specifically for you.
