Before you get started
Who can open a professional account?
Any business or independent professional whose work touches interior design, decoration, fit-out, resale, or specification: architects, decorators, designers, fitters, kitchen specialists, woodworkers, boutiques, hospitality, content creators. A VAT number or business registration number is enough to apply.
How long does validation take?
Usually within the day, sometimes the next. You get an email as soon as your terms are active. In the meantime, your account works normally at the public rate.
I already have a customer account. Can I switch it to a professional account?
Yes. Sign in, then fill out the form above: it’s pre-filled with what we already know. Your order history is kept.
Is payment on terms automatic?
No, it opens upon review, after we receive your business registration extract from your account. You’re notified once it’s activated.
Are professional prices visible to my clients?
No. Your net prices only appear when you’re signed in. Your clients see the public rate. And the one-click quote is in your name, for your own use.
