Classica Arabesque

These three words describe three levels. Shape is the broad category: square, round, rectangle, oval, polygon, cylinder, figurative. The Classica Arabesque silhouette is a precise variation within a shape, with its own proportions and character, for example the Palazzo Square within the square shape. Pattern, in turn, sits on top of the silhouette without changing its geometry: nothing (Essential), an ornamental decoration, or a sculptural figure in relief. A single silhouette can therefore host several patterns.

The Classica Arabesque silhouette is the overall line of the piece, its underlying shape, even before the pattern that dresses it. It sets the general style: choose a silhouette that speaks to the piece of furniture first, then decide on the pattern to layer on top. Think of it as the skeleton of the handle, with the pattern as its ornament. If the furniture is already busy, a quiet silhouette will settle it down; if it's understated, the silhouette can afford more presence.

No. The finish palette is defined collection by collection: it's part of the visual signature, just like the silhouettes and patterns. The silhouette defines the handle's geometry, but it's the collection that sets the vocabulary of finishes available. If a particular finish catches your eye, start by checking which collection it belongs to: that's likely where you'll find the handle you need.

Each handle is made to order in our Paris atelier. Allow an average of 5 to 10 business days for production, plus the carrier's delivery time, which varies by address. You'll receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the shipping label is issued, generally between the 5th and 10th business day after your order.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe, as well as PayPal. Transactions run through these two international references in online payment: Holdon Paris never sees and never stores your card number, all sensitive data is transmitted encrypted to the platform. Yes. French law gives you 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, with no need to justify it. The handles must be returned in their original condition, uninstalled, and return shipping is at your expense unless the error is ours: the refund is issued within 14 days of receipt at our workshop. Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, since they are made specifically for you.
